Kelly has argued multiple times before the Mississippi Supreme Court and Mississippi Court of Appeals and has taken a case to the United States Supreme Court. She has served as a Special Judge, drafted legislation, worked on constitutional-amendment campaigns, and served on committees that developed legislative recommendations.

Kelly has served on the boards of directors of companies and nonprofit organizations and on multidisciplinary teams addressing complex issues requiring collaboration across professional fields.

In addition, Kelly was the first Mississippi attorney certified by the National Association of Counsel for Children.

Kelly is committed to shaping the next generation of legal professionals and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Mississippi College School of Law and serves as a Board Member of the Madison County Bar Association.

Outside the practice of law, Kelly enjoys hiking, reading, and meditation. She is deeply devoted to family and spending meaningful time with loved ones.
